Bite Point & Lever Reach Adjustment
The Lewis LHT brake lever features patented dual-adjustment technology, enabling riders to fine-tune both lever reach and bite point for optimal control and comfort.
The tool-free lever reach adjustment allows for quick customization on the go, while the bite point can be precisely adjusted using a 2mm allen key (tool included). This dual adjustment system ensures a personalized braking experience, delivering confidence and superior performance tailored to your riding style and trail demands.
Lever Ratio Adjustment
The Lewis LHT brake system features a patented Free Lever Adjustment, allowing riders to adjust the lever ratio by repositioning the brake lever's center point. The torx set screw must be loosen to adjust the ratio.
This rider comfort focused innovation provides greater flexibility in customizing braking performance. By altering the lever's pivot point, riders can fine-tune the feel and power of the brakes to match their preferences, improving overall feel.

Superior Materials, Superior Caliper
The Lewis LHT brake caliper features a robust CNC-machined 7075 T6 aluminum construction, offering superior rigidity and lightweight performance. Titanium pistons enhance both durability and keep weight down. The combination of these advanced materials optimizes durability while maintaining low weight.
The precise engineering of the caliper provides efficient force distribution, contributing to smoother, more reliable braking performance on technical trails, especially in demanding conditions.
Titanium Pistons with Ceramic Insulators
The LHT features four 17mm Titanium pistons with ceramic insulation layers. Ceramic is an excellent thermal insulator, preventing excessive heat buildup during braking. This is particularly important in high-performance braking situations, such as downhill riding or long descents. The ceramic insulation keeps the brake fluid cooler by reducing the heat transfer from the brake system to the fluid. This helps maintain consistent braking performance by reducing the likelihood of brake fade, which can occur when the brake fluid overheats and loses its effectiveness.
In addition to heat management, ceramic insulation increases the durability of the brake system. By shielding the brake fluid from excessive temperatures, the insulation reduces the risk of fluid boiling, seal degradation, and overall wear on the braking components. This results in longer-lasting performance, fewer maintenance needs, and more reliable braking throughout your ride.

Anti-Leak Oil System
The LHT brake system features an anti-leak oil design that simplifies both assembly and disassembly, as well as internal routing in those stubborn FS frames.
This innovative system ensures secure oil containment during maintenance, preventing leaks and reducing the complexity of setup. It enhances the overall efficiency of maintaining a brake system, making installation and upkeep easier while maintaining consistent, leak-free performance.
