How long will shipping take?

We strive to ship your orders within 1-2 business days, and we’ll do our best to get them out the same day whenever we can! Since we have full-time jobs that help support and run this business, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience. Just so you know, we only ship within the United States, so you can expect your order to arrive well under two weeks. We're based in sunny, flat, mountainless Florida!

Do you have a physical store location?

We do! We have a shoppable retail warehouse and a service center if you need work done!

Can I change my order after my order is placed?

Feel free to make any edits to your order, but only before the shipping label is paid for and processed! Once the label is created,, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! Please check your email inbox for a tracking code or visit account.atlus.bike to find the progress on your order.

What types of products do you sell?

We primarily offer mountain bike parts and accessories, and we’re looking forward to branching out into gravel parts once we solidify our presence in the mountain bike community.

How much does shipping cost?

Until we become Jeff Bezos, we'll have to regularly charge you shipping, I know, we suck. Shipping reflects the exact negotiated rate we have with UPS, and we don’t add any markup to those costs

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes absolutely! We might not be Jeff, but at least we can offer you free shipping on orders over $500!
