The 2025 Trek Top Fuel Gen 4 AL frameset brings Trek’s latest trail-first suspension updates and geometry refinements to a tough, affordable aluminum chassis. With improved kinematics, more travel flexibility, and true modern trail capability, this is the most versatile Top Fuel platform yet.

Painted in Lichen Green, the frame has a clean, understated look with the durability only aluminum can offer.

✔ Active Braking Pivot (ABP)

Trek’s ABP system keeps the suspension active under braking, maintaining traction and control on steep or technical descents. Instead of stiffening when you grab the brakes, the rear end stays planted and predictable.
